George Washington Mount Vernon Sterling Ornament 1990. Mount Vernon, located near Alexandria, Virginia, was the plantation home of the first President of the United States, George Washington. The mansion is built of wood in neoclassical Georgian architectural style, and the estate is located on the banks of the Potomac River. Mount Vernon was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1960 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is owned and maintained in trust by The Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association and is open every day of the year, including holidays and Christmas.  Mount Vernon Presidential Home 1990.
The size of this ornament is about 1-1/2″ X 2-1/4″. This ornament was produced for the National Inauguration committee in Washington DC. to commemorate the inauguration of the President of the United States. This ornament has tremendous detail, and The back is flat and ready for engraving. This Sterling Silver Ornament is in Excellent like new collectible condition.  It has a place for a hook to hang on your tree. Perfect size to wear as a pendant on a chain or ribbon.
