Snowflake Sterling Christmas Ornament 2002 Boston Museum of Fine Art. This is the 14th Edition in this sterling collectible series of snowflakes from the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. Museum of Fine Arts in Boston started selling Sterling Snowflake ornaments in 1983 with a Japanese Snowflake, and started issuing  an Annual Sterling Snowflake in 1989 and ended the series in 2003.  The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts, is one of the largest museums in the United States, attracting over one million visitors a year. It contains over 450,000 works of art, making it one of the most comprehensive collections in the Americas.  The museum was founded in 1870 and its current location dates to 1909.
