1970 Gorham Double Sided Snowflake Sterling Silver Christmas Ornament 1st Edition. The Gorham Snowflake series is the longest running collection in the business. This first edition is the start of more than 50 years releasing a different snowflake each year. We have two versions of this item available.  The doubled sided 1st edition Gorham Snowflake is probably the rarest of them all. No one currently at Gorham knows how it came to be. Speculation is that a large corporation had them made for its employees. This item is rarely seen shown for sale.
 
It is Hallmarked Gorham, Sterling, Christmas, 1970.  The sizes are about 3.5″ High. The Gorham Snowflake series is one of the most collected series in all of the Sterling ornaments.
 
Condition Note – This item is in very good used condition. It will come gift boxed.
