Site Policies

Shipping: Your items will be professionally packaged to arrive at your destination in described condition. We take pride in our work and make every effort to minimize the cost to both you and us respectively. Orders are processed immediately and in stock orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days thereafter. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We only ship to addresses within the United States of America.


Tax: We are a registered business in the State of Florida.  All orders shipped to a Florida address will have State sales tax of 7% added at checkout.

Return Policy:  Please contact us within 30 days of you receiving your items for returns and exchanges.  To receive a full refund on your returned items, they must be 100% complete, containing ALL provided original boxes, any and all inserts, certificates, accessories and documentation provided when you received your items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we made an error in fulfilling your order or the item is not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Payments: sterlingornaments.com is a secured site for making payments for your orders.   However if you would prefer to order by phone we are eager to hear from you. We accept major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checks, Money Orders and Paypal.  

If you order by phone we do not keep or save any payment information at our office, which means you will have to supply that information with each phone order.  Thank You!
