Thomas Nast Santa Sterling Christmas Ornament 1995. Thomas Nast was a German-born American caricaturist and editorial cartoonist who was the “Father of the American Cartoon”. Among his notable works were the creation of the modern version of Santa Claus. This sterling collectible was inspired from this work.
The size is about 2-1/2″ Tall by 1-3/4″ Wide. It was first produced by Hand and Hammer Silversmiths in 1995. Hand and Hammer ornaments are the perfect size to wear on a chain as a pendant. Hand Made in the USA!
