SS Edmund Fitzgerald Laker Sterling Ornament #2787 Hand & Hammer 2000. This sterling collectible shows a replica of the SS Edmund Fitzgerald going under the Mackinac Bridge. The Mackinac Bridge is a suspension bridge spanning the Straits of Mackinaw to connect the non-contiguous Upper and Lower peninsulas of the U.S. state of Michigan. Opened in 1957, the bridge (familiarly known as “Big Mac” and “Mighty Mac”) is the third longest in total suspension in the world and the longest suspension bridge between anchorages in the Western hemisphere.
 
The size of this ornament is about 1-1/2″ high X 2-1/2″ wide. Perfect size to wear as a pendant. Hand Made in the USA.
