Description

North Carolina State Capitol 1990 Sterling Christmas Ornament.  When Raleigh North Carolina was laid out as a city, Union Square, a delightful six acre park, was set aside as the site if the State Capitol.  The first seat of located there was built in 1794 but was destroyed by fire in 1831.  The current Capitol was finished in 1840.   
The size is approximately 2-3/4″ x 1-1/4″.  This sterling silver collectible was produced by the artisans at Hand & Hammer Silversmiths exclusively for Jeff Stewart Antiques and Collectibles. It is a limited Edition release in 1990   This ornament comes with original box and papers. You will be thrilled to add this to you collection. It is a beautiful work of art.
