SterlingOrnaments.com privacy statement informs the user on how we use personal information collected on our website. Please read our privacy statement before using this site or submitting any personal information. 

We do not share, sell, trade or lease any information that you provide us here.  The only use of your information here is to ship your items and or send you information you requested.  

SterlingOrnaments.com uses cookies to improve your browsing experience, for example, to keep you signed in or to remember items in your shopping cart. We collect personal information like names, shipping and billing addresses, email addresses, contact information  that you the user have submitted. 

We do not require you to register to shop and buy from SterlingOrnaments.com, however if you elected to register an account the e-mail address you provided for order processing will be used to send you information and updates to your orders. You may also receive an occasional newsletter about ornament collecting, updates, manufacturer announcements etc. If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future e-mails, you can do so from the unsubscribe tab found in each communication.

Site Policies

Shipping: Your items will be professionally packaged to arrive at your destination in described condition. We take pride in our work and make every effort to minimize the cost to both you and us respectively. Orders are processed immediately and in stock orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days thereafter. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We only ship to addresses within the United States of America.

Tax: We are a registered business in the State of Florida.  All orders shipped to a Florida address will have State sales tax of 7% added at checkout.

Return Policy:  Please contact us within 30 days of you receiving your items for returns and exchanges.  To receive a full refund on your returned items, they must be 100% complete, containing ALL provided original boxes, any and all inserts, certificates, accessories and documentation provided when you received your items

Payments: sterlingornaments.com is a secured site for making payments for your orders.   However if you would prefer to order by phone we are eager to hear from you. We accept major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checks, Money Orders and Paypal.  

If you order by phone we do not keep or save any payment information at our office, which means you will have to supply that information with each phone order.  Thank You!
