YES! the Sleigh Bells ring, and they sounds beautiful. The decor on the Bell has a scroll pattern around draped with Holly and Berries. These Bells are also engraved Holly Bell and Date. These Holly Bells are manufactures just like the Silver Plated Holly Bells with a Gold Washed Vermeil coating. The bottom is marked Reed & Barton. It comes in original box, and papers.
