What does the item Condition mean?
⦁ New – means this item is just as we received it from the manufacturer. Many time the item has never been opened. This includes all current year items as well as Ornaments released in previous years. Something to keep in mind is that although it is new in the box, tarnish is still possible due to age of the item, even while it is stored in the box.
⦁ Used – means this item has been open and or used. We more than likely bought it from a collector. Used ornaments almost always will not have the original box, packaging and or inserts. We are careful to only buy used items in very good condition.
Is the pictured item the exact ornament I will receive when I order?
We use stock photo when available from the manufacturers. The items you will receive will be the exact same item but not the actual item used to create the photos.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. All returns must be complete with all product packaging that you received item with in order to get a full refund.
Do you have other Ornaments not shown on this web-site?
Our stock changes often and incoming ornaments might be delayed in showing up here. Sometimes cleaning, photos, and descriptions write ups can take a bit longer. Please call 941-627-9805, we are happy to talk ornaments with you.
How do I find Ornaments not shown here?
We have been in the Sterling ornament business since 1985 and have many previous buyers who may want to sell some of their ornaments.

How can I Identify older Ornaments?
We have a book CLICK HERE in our Accessories category that shows American made Sterling Christmas Ornaments from the late 1960’s through 1994. You can also send us a photo via email to thomas@sterlingornaments.com and we will do our best to identify and give you as much info as we have about the items.
What is the best way to keep my Sterling Ornaments Clean?
When possible store them in there original packaging. We also have cleaning supplies available in our Accessories category. Our Anti-Tarnish Tabs work wonderfully.
What is the best way to store my Sterling Ornaments?
We keep ours in the boxes and pouches, mainly because it is easier to identify them when needed. You can also get some acid free tissue paper, and store many of them together in plastic bags. Don’t forget to include one or two Anti Tarnish Tabs in the storage container. They are found in our Accessories category. They work great.
