Connecticut State House Sterling Ornament. The Old State House, historic seat of Connecticut’s three branches of government, is represented in this Sterling Silver Collectible. The building was built by Charles Bulfinch in 1792. Bulfinch, one of America’s first and finest architects, designed the state capitols of Maine and Massachusetts and held the office of Architect of the US Capitol.
